If the OE# and A[n] pins are connected to GND,

could you let me know the behavior of Y[n] pin during Vcc ramp up from 0V to 2.7V?

For supply voltages between 0 V and 1.5 V, the outputs are disabled.
For supply voltages between 1.5 V and 2.7 V, correct behaviour of the DIR input or the outputs on either side is not guaranteed. If your circuit cannot handle that, pull /OE high during power up.

Your answer helped me understand the output behavior when OE is Lo.
If our customer cannot accept this, we will set OE to Hi and start the power supply.
