No electrical spec differences from what I found between SN54LVC00A-SP vs. SN54LVC00A.

For space applications, we also have a much newer portfolio of products in the SCxT logic family. If you are looking for a newer space grade device in a smaller solution, I would recommend the SN54SC4T00-SEP.

Military devices are specified by the Standard Microcircuit Drawing; in this case, 5962-97533.
