SN74LVC74A: PSpice for TI: only VIL modelled not VIH

Hi,

I noticed that this D flip flop switches when the clock reaches 700mv, but this is VIL not VIH

It seems to be obeying the top rules in the spice model, not the bottom ones:

Am I doing something wrong?

Also Tpd is 100ns in the simulation while the datasheet specifies:

Hi Klaas,

I will send this to our modeling expert and see if we can figure out if there is any issues here.
