Hi,

I am looking for a replacement of the SN74LVC126A as I require the partial power down / Ioff functionality. The SN74LV126A seems like the perfect fit but I do have a 1V8 supply and the SN74LV126A requires 2V minimum. Is there another drop-in option with the same functionality that allows supply and input voltages down to 1V8? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jakob,

Unfortunately it doesn't seem we have an exact replacement for this yet. The AUP device is only in RGY package.

As for LVC126, it is in a tricky spot. We will be releasing a refresh of this device with our Redbull die redesigns. This is actually adding the Ioff functionality to the device.

The issue is that there is no way to ensure that ordered devices will be on this new die, hence, no way to know if it has Ioff functionality.

Once old inventory is used up it should be fine, but that takes a couple years to actually go through it.

I should have been more specific. I require a replacement for the SN74LVC126APWx type. So four channels in the TSSOP package. Does not seem like there is one
