CD74HC14: lead finish material

I'm not sure that I'm in the right forum, please forward to the right one if I'm not.

Can you provide lead finish material for CD74HC14PWR? Per datasheet the lead finish might come in either NiPdAu or Sn, per Texas Instrument web show if Assembly site at "TI MALAYSIA A/T" then it gets NiPdAu and "EXT-MFG" gets Sn.

Question regarding to Sn finish:

Is the Sn a matte Sn? I believe it is Matte Sn

What is the thickness of Sn? I believe it has 5um (min)

Is there an annealed or baking done?

what is the underlayer material? Possibly Ni or others

Hi Tuan,

As indicated, the lead finish material can be either NiPdAu or Sn. Most of the process technology I can't talk about on a public forum. I'd recommend talking to the TI customer service center to request more information.

Hi Tuan,

The Sn is a matte Sn, and the thickness is 5 um. The others are proprietary information that I can't disclose on a public forum.

TI customer service center did confirm the thickness of 5um and matte Sn, but not the rest.
