LSF0204-Q1: LSF0204-Q1 VEN

Part Number: LSF0204-Q1

Tool/software:

I have a question regarding the circuit design of the LFS0204-Q1.
If I design it with
Vref-A = 2.3V,
Vref-B = 3.3V,
VEN = Vref-B,
I understand that there should be no issues with the voltage tolerance of the EN pin.
However, what concerns might arise during actual operation?

  • The LSF is a passive switch with open-drain outputs, so when translating to a higher voltage, the speed of rising edges depends on the pull-up resistors. And the device that drives the input signal must be able to sink the current through any pull-up resistors on both sides. Otherwise, no concerns.
