Looking at LSF0102 and PCA9306, they are P2P and look identical.
What are actually differences between them other than operating frequency range and temperature range?

There are different packaging options and testing parameters, but the die is often the same. Historically, PCA9xxx indicates an I²C device, while LSFxxxx is a general-purpose level shifter.
