Hi team,

Do you have the FIT value based on SN29500 at 85C? I checked MTBF and FIT rate estimator on TI.com, but there is no information of what profile did the estimator use.

If you have already created FuSa documentation (FIT rate, pin FMA, FMD) for VSSOP pkg, that'll be fine.

Hi Shoji-san,

This device also doesn't have FUSA documentation ready. Documentation can take up to 2-4 weeks to create as it is made from scratch. Here is the FIT rate for now:
