Hi folks, 

I'm looking for a Rad hard, Space grade, 4- or 5-input NOR gate similar to 5962H9652901VXC (generic 54ACTS27).

We're working to evaluate this for the GPS III F program.

If TI has such a product, if you could send over a data sheet for review, that would be grerat.

    The only space-rated NOR gates are the SN54LS02-SP and SN54SC4T02-SEP, with only 2 inputs.

    I can only recommend using multiple OR gates (e.g., SN54SC4T32-SEP) recursively, and then add a NOT gate. (The SN54SC3T97-SEP might help reducing the number of chips.)
