The TXB0304 is the only device with the same specifications as the TXB0304.

The TXB0104-Q1 has a wider temperature range, but weaker outputs and thus a lower maximum speed.

Additionally, if the auto-bidirectional feature is not a hard requirement in your system, the TXU0x04-Q1 will make a great fit here providing increased drive strength and input glitch suppression (Schmitt-Trigger Inputs).
