Could you please help confirm whether there are any materials with the same specifications as the following materials and working temperature of -40~125°C that can be recommended? Thanks

    The TXB0304 is the only device with the same specifications as the TXB0304.

    The TXB0104-Q1 has a wider temperature range, but weaker outputs and thus a lower maximum speed.

    Hi Gareth,

    Additionally, if the auto-bidirectional feature is not a hard requirement in your system, the TXU0x04-Q1 will make a great fit here providing increased drive strength and input glitch suppression (Schmitt-Trigger Inputs).
