Tool/software:
I need to create a counter that costs up to one min with the ability to pause in between.
The pause will occur either due to a temp threshold being triggered or the individual pressing a pause.
I am not sure how to pause this without loosing the prior count? Also, let's say I use a 100Mhz clock. Is there a way to do the above function without having to divide it to essentially get a 1hz signal with with a decade would get close enough to one min.
