My customer plans to use TXU0104, TXU0204 and TXU0304 at VccA=VccB=1.8V.
Up to how much data rate do those devices work at the minimum?

The bottleneck are the output drivers, so it's 50 Mbps.

Without voltage translation, you can use plain buffers like the SN74AUC34/SN74AUC17.

A safe estimate from the specified t_pd is 555 Mbps = 277 MHz.
