The VOH of SN74LV08A will change with VDD. MB provides 3.3V, and the logic judgment voltage is 0V & 1.8V. SN74LV08A VDD: 3.3V VOH=3.3*0.7=2.31V exceeds 1.8V. There is no 2V power supply on the board. Is VDD 3.3V, but the logic judgment TH is about 1.5V.
