Hi Team,

In our design we have used below parts,

1) SN74LVC2G126YZPR

2) TLV75533PDRVR

3) TPS92201AMDRVR

4) TMUX1101DCKR

5) INA2191A2IYBJR

6) REF35102QDBVR

7) OPA330AIDCKT

above parts we have used in our design. Now we will plan to start flex board.

We have height limitation 0.35MM. So we planned to go with Die package.

Could you please share above parts datasheet.

Thanks for your response. There is generic datasheets only available. But actually, we need DIE- package

The datasheet is the same for all packages. You can find the package drawing in an addendum at the end.
