Hi,

I am writing in with a query with regards to the maximum storage temperature of the SN74LVT8996PW (ensuring that its functionality is assured).

I understand that in the datasheet (screenshot attached below), the storage temperature has been provided. However, there is a note that provides a clause that these values provided for the storage temperature are stress ratings only and does not denote functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under Recommended Operating Conditions. The recommended operating conditions do not give further advisories on storage ratings.

What are the values of the maximum storage temperature of the SN74LVT8996PW where its functionality can still be assured?

    The answer is the same as in your previous question.

    "Storage" and "operation" are different things.
    The absolute maximum ratings guarantee that the device does not get damaged.
    The recommended operating conditions guarantee that the device works correctly.
