SN74LV595A: MSL level for SN74LV595ARGYR is MSL 1 or MSL 2

Tool/software:

Which MSL that we should refer for SN74LV595ARGYR. At Data sheet had defined MSL1.

But actual MSL that we found have both of MSL2 and MS1.

(D) 2428 (Made in Malaysia) is MSL 2. (With MBB)

(D) 2440 (Made in China) is MSL 1.

Please see label on attached and advised us for this.

    Hi Pattara,

    I looked into this and our MLA  fab is still on the old process (old die). This has MSL 2.

    Our updated process and new die has MSL 1. 

    Our datasheets and product folders should usually say worst case (in this case MSL2). I will let the correct team know and correct this.
