SN74AVC1T45: Vcc range have any tolerance ?

Hi Team,

My customer is using SN74AVC1T45 in the design.

And our datasheet recommend Vcc range is between 1.2V - 3.6V.

We mentioned that the chip can support 1.2V translate, but the minimum recommend range just at 1.2V, but we know most of the voltage come from DCDC switching power and will have ripple or a little bit Vout tolerance in real test.

So in this case, my customer currently measure the 1.2V at VccB actually is 1.17v, they are wondering does our spec have any tolerance range for this minimum 1.2V recommendation ? 

If the Vccb is applying 1.17V, will have any concern or recommend ?
