We are analysing the usage of the TPLD devices and are consolidating the potential serial production process.
In our design, we would have multiple devices on the board with different binary configuration.
What is your suggested solution:
- Using the TPLD program ? If so, can this be scripted ?
- I saw you were talking about a future gang programmer solution reference design, how would it look like ?
A board with multiple sockets ?
Does it mean that the devices are delivered as tray and not reel ? So this would allow picking them for programming and then putting them back in the tray to feed the automatic components placement machinery. - I also saw you were suggesting that you could program them before delivery if the order is sufficiently big.
Is this service free-of-charge ? What is the sufficiently big order quantity ? How are parts delivered afterwards (tray ? reel ?) ?
If we have multiple programs (one per device), I would assume you would require a sufficiently big order for each program and not a mix ?
And I believe the packages would clearly identify which program is in each components packaging ?
Sorry for the multiple questions but we have to consolidate before we decide.
