SN74LVCC4245A: Information on Reels labels

Hello,

we have some suspicious behaviors in production on components SN74LVCC4245APWR.

Firstly, We are trying to find common origin of suspicious parts in understanding common information on the reels. (Maybe 1 DC, maybe site , ...)

I attach the pictures of 3 concerned reels.

For this, i need some confirmations about:

1/ On label , info (D) means Date Code. But could you confirm that D = 2445+5 means that there are 5 DC in the reel included DC2445?

2/ Info (2P) REV: means Die Revision. But is it possible to have Die Rev 2 with DC2341+5 while on DC2431+5 the rev is A [information on label mean that all manufacturing sites are the same] ? (chronologically paradox : 2023 with B Rev and 2024 with A Rev )

3/ I don't find any PCN relating to évolution of this PN from Rev A to Rev B. Do you help me to collect this PCN ?

    Please see my answers below

    1) On label, info (D) means Date Code. But could you confirm that D = 2445+5 means that there are 5 DC in the reel included DC2445?

    • You are correct in stating (D) means the date code [YYWW]. The number following the "+" indicates the shelf life of the product so Date Code + 5 years shelf life

    2) Info (2P) REV: means Die Revision. But is it possible to have Die Rev 2 with DC2341+5 while on DC2431+5 the rev is A [information on label mean that all manufacturing sites are the same] ? (chronologically paradox : 2023 with B Rev and 2024 with A Rev)

    • There was a PCN issued for this part which changed the Fab location (RFAB) and Process (LBC9). This means labels that contain "(20L): RFAB" will have Revision A. 

    3) I don't find any PCN relating to évolution of this PN from Rev A to Rev B. Do you help me to collect this PCN
