Hi team,
Why the output impedance of TXB0104-Q1 changes when the VCC changes?
If the VCCO = 3.3V, what is the output impedance of TXB0104? 40 ohm or 50 ohm?
Regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,
The output impedance (one-shot drive strength) is dependent on VCCO during the transition edges. With lower VCCO, the MOS is weaker and therefore impedance is lower.
For design considerations with the TXBxx devices, you can refer to this app note: www.ti.com/.../scea147.pdf
