Could you help me find a good next gen. replacement?

We use SN74ABT125 as buffer with UART signal (115200 bps) to make plug in and plug out isolation 

Since this SN74ABT125 is too old, we need a new product, I have 8 UARTs ( 5V supply), so there are 16 signal ports. If there are more channels that might be recommended? 8 ch or 16ch. 

It is better can achieve the level shift function, I need to convert the 5V input into a 3.3V signal to the MCU for reading. 

I found SN74ABT16245A , but it looks like old too and no level shift.

Could you give me some suggestion. Thank you very much.

    SN74LVC16T245, but if RXD and TXD of each UART are near each other, routing might be easier with 4× TXU0204.

    Devices with overvoltage-tolerant inputs can translate down, and devices with TTL-compatible inputs can translate from 3.3 V to 5 V, so you could use 1× SN74AHC541 and 1× SN74AHCT541.
