I am reaching out to request Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) data for a few components. Could you please provide us with the CTE values for the aforementioned part numbers? We would appreciate it if you could provide the CTE values in ppm/°C or ppm/°F, as well as the temperature range over which the values are applicable.

    For the HCS device, without an NDA all we can really provide are general ppm values for the various components of the device:

    Copper (primary metal for lead-frame construction) ~17 ppm/⁰C

    NiPdAu coating (outer layer of leadframe) ~13 ppm/⁰C

    Sn coating (alternate outer layer of leadframe) ~21.5 ppm/⁰C

    Mold compound (plastic body) ~12 ppm/⁰C

    Silicon ~2.6 ppm/⁰C
