Tool/software:
The package dimensions (J (R-GDIP-T**))of the "CD54HC154F3A" component have two distinct dimensional types labeled NARR and WIDE, with all dimensions being the same except for "C," which is greater for WIDE compared to NARR. Please advise me which variant should I take into account for my part number.

I based my original answer on the information from our packages on TI.com which only shows 1 option which follows the NARR spec. https://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/searchtipackages.tsp?packageName=DIP
I've gone into our internal systems to check this devices dimensions, and it also shows max width 13 mm
We unfortunately do not have any documentation released to the public about what device follow which measurements.
