Hi,

I am giving VCC 1.8V and my output is consuming around 4mA. So, what is VOL maximum I should consider?

My VIL level is maximum 0.3V so can i consider VOL max 0.1V and use this device?

1.65 V is the worst case of a 1.8 V ± 0.15 V supply, so the limit you should consider is 0.45 V.

Why are you consuming 4 mA? What is the load?

You cannot use this device to drive a 4 mA load and to keep below 0.3 V at the same time.

Use two gates (e.g., SN74LVC2G08-Q1), one for the resistor and one for the other device, or add a buffer (e.g., SN74LVC1G17-Q1) between the resistor and the other device.

Hello,

Let's say I don't have any load and it is going to GPIO of uC, then what is the maximum VOL i can consider? Is it 0.1V so that I can meet my requirement of VIL maximum of 0.3V?

Yes; the input leakage current of a GPIO is much less than 100 µA.
