(The TXU0202 would be smaller and cheaper.)

Hello Sharique,

The schematic looks good. You can use the TXU0202 as Clemens mentioned if you don't need the two floating IOs (A1 and B3)

Yes, the TXU0204 and TXU0202 are repeaters and translators.
