Hi Baji,
Let me work on making a model for you.
Best,
Malcolm
Hi Baji,
Sorry for the delay, here is the model. Note this is an experimental model that will not provide perfect behavioral simulation of the device. It is meant as an approximation of device behavior only. This is for the 1GU04, for the 2GU04 just use two of them in the same simulation.
Best,
Malcolm
Hi Baji,
Like I said, this model is for the 1GU04. So you have a pin for VCC, GND, input, output. The 2GU04 is simply two 1GU04 devices, so you can just use two 1GU04 models to simulate a 2GU04.

Malcolm
Baji,
You can find my best estimate of the length and width details in the model I uploaded. These were derived from the graphs in the datasheet, if you want to try yourself. I cannot provide the actual length/width details.

Malcolm
Hi, Malcolm.
It appears there was something wrong with the spice file you provided; when I try to use it in simulation, the results are not accurate, but when we do manual testing, the results are good; please help me get the exact spice model to get accurate results in the simulation
Thanks,
Baji
Baji,
Your picture did not load, but I have already stated that the model I provided is just an estimate of device behavior. For these unbuffered devices, we are unable to provide exact models for obvious reasons regarding transistor sizing.

Malcolm
Malcolm,
We tested the same part with a real application circuit and got better phase noise, but when we did simulation using the provided spice file, the phase noise was worse. In such situation, how can the simulation results be compared to the actual ones? What is the use of do the simulation?
Thanks,
Baji
Hi Baji,
Simulation should be used for basic functionality only. SPICE simulation is mostly just to emulate device functionality (AND/OR/NOT, output enable, etc.). For these unbuffered inverters specifically, you can use SPICE to simulate the device as part of an oscillator circuit fairly well.
However, I do not know of very many parts across TI where phase noise is something that can be simulated accurately by a SPICE model. SPICE models are rough estimates of device behavior and are not intended for use in making precise performance evaluations.

Malcolm
