Tool/software:
I have a BOM with our part No. showing against TI SN54LS257BJYB, which is quite old & obsolete -
SN54LS257BJ shows as Active
J=DIL Drawing Package
I can't find a datasheet to explain the Y & B suffixes though ?
What were they used for ? CECC Screening? QA Level etc.?
