Hello,

I plan on using the SN74LVC125AIPWREP buffer for conditioning JTAG signals operating up to 10 MHz. The signals are 3.3V logic levels.

Does TI have any buffer output source-series termination recommendations based on this application?

The typical output impedance of LVC at 3.3 V is about 13 Ω. Assuming a trace impedance of about 50 Ω, you should add about 33 Ω.
