We are SERMA TECHNOLOGIES, a French hardware and software engineering company that offers consultancy, expertise, analysis, inspection, and testing services for electronic components, circuit boards, and full electronic systems.
We have been mandated by our client STMicroelectronics (see attached Letter of Authorization) to collect the following information for the product list below:
- The REACH Certificate of Compliance in (.pdf) format: We need to know if the products contain any of the Substances of Very High Concern included in the latest candidate list issued by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA)
- The RoHS Certificate of Compliance in (.pdf) format: The compliance with the European Union Directive on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (2011/65/EU and the amended 2015/863)
- The RoHS_CN Certificate of Compliance in (.pdf) format: The compliance with the latest Chinese Directive on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances with environmental friendly use period (EFUP) if product contains certain hazardous substances above the respective limit value.
- The Material Declaration in .pdf format (otherwise in .xls format when .pdf is not available)
- The Material Declaration in .xml format: IPC1752A Class D format
- The EU ECCN code: What are the full EU Export Control Classification Numbers of the products?
- The US ECCN code: What are the full US Export Control Classification Numbers of the products?
- The Country of Origin: Country/countries where the products are manufactured
