Which is the best connection at OE pin in the following 3 types of the connection?

Where, OE should be always on in my customer's application.

The datasheet describes the following instruction and my customer want to confirm the above connection is not violated the following instruction.

To ensure the high-impedance state of the outputs during power-up or power-down, the OE input pin must be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor and must not be enabled until VCCA and VCCB are fully ramped and stable. The minimum value of the pulldown resistor to ground is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver.

  • Circuits 1 and 2 are identical; R236 has no effect. OE is a high-impedance input, so R667 in circuit 3 has no effect.

    The datasheet begins its recommendation with "To ensure the high-impedance state of the outputs during power-up or power-down". If you do not care about the state of the outputs during power-up or power-down, then you do not need a pull-down resistor.
