We recently sold a customer part # SN74ALS133D with date codes of 0844+5. The customer is claiming the topside marking is listed as 8BF9FKK. Per your datasheet and TI marking lookup page the marking should be ALS133. Is there any way that the part marking back in 2008 year timeframe could have been 8BF9FKK?
