I'm confirming PCN20240808000.0, the change from Rev.S to Rev.T in the SN74AHCT14PWR data sheet.
Could you please advise?
According to the PCN, it appears that the D value of RΘJA has changed from 101.2 to 124.5,
and the PW value has changed from 129.9 to 147.7.
(1) Are these the only two changes this time?
Have RΘJC, ψJT, ψJB, and RΘJC (bot) also changed?
(2) The D and PW values have all increased.
I would like to know the reason for these changes.
(3) Could you please comment on there are no problems on these changes?
