Tool/software:

PCN says “Updated values for RθJC(top), RθJB, ΨJT, ΨJB, and RθJC(bot)” but its not found in the latest datasheet.

    Hi Gowtham,

    It looks like there was a little mix-up as we were changing DS formats. We are no longer providing the RθJC(top), RθJB, ΨJT, ΨJB, and RθJC(bot) in the Thermal information section of the DS. This change likely came after we had already started the PCN, and we weren't able to catch it. 

    Do you need these values for a specific package, and I can get them for you.
