The SN74AUP1G125 model doesn't seem to have correct behavior when the "/OE" pin is driven HIGH. When /OE is LOW, the input is properly inverted and the output is driven. When /OE is HIGH the input no longer propagates to the output, but it also looks like the output is simply clamped to GND, versus going HIGH-Z like in the actual product.
Would you help resolve this discrepancy?
