What are the input voltage and frequency?

How exactly should the output voltage be programmed? Do you have an analog or PWM signal, or do you require a digital procotol?

Not specific protocol, and only digital IO. 

What load do you have that requires switching 100 mA at 10 MHz?

There is no logic device that can source 100 mA and handle analog voltages. You would need a DAC (e.g., DAC081C081), a 2:1 switch (e.g., TMUX1219), and a very strong buffer (e.g., LMH6321 or BUF634A). And these buffers are not rail-to-rail, so you need supplies wider than 0–5 V.

We are looking to develop a test channel for a small digital testing platform.

The channel may be used to support multiple DUTs, that's reason why requiring a higher load capacity.

A hypothetical target is around 100mA, but 50mA might also be feasible.

What exactly do you mean with "support"? A power supply would not need to be switched at 10 MHz.

Sorry, that means the channel will connect to multiple DUT's pin(for example, CMOS type IO).
