SN74LVC1G08: VIL(max) on Recommended Operating Conditions

Part Number: SN74LVC1G08

Tool/software:

Dear Technical Support Team,

I have a question about SN74LVC1G08.

According to the datasheet , VIL(max) is 0.3 × VCC(=5V)=1.5V, but is TA =25°C or TA=125°C(max),-40℃(min) ?

If it varies with temperature, etc., what is the worst value for VIL when TA = from -40℃(min) to 125°C(max)?

"6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions " doesn't have "over recommended operating free-air temperature range (unless otherwise noted)" such as "6.5 Electrical Characteristics".

Best Regards,

ttd

  • These are not characteristics, so there is no worst value.

The recommended operating conditions are test conditions for the electrical characteristics. So all of them apply, i.e., both VIL and TA must be inside the specified limits for the device to work correctly. There is no separate VIL limit for a different temperature, so it applies to all temperatures.
