Tool/software:
In the circuit given below, the input to the IC is from voltage monitoring circuit. The input to pin 1 is 3.3V and expected output at pin 2 is also 3.3V. Instead the output is 0.4V.
What could be the possible reasons for output low.
Please help me out debugging this issue.
