TXB0106-Q1: SPI Waveform distortion over 800KHz

Hi Expert,

The VCCA is 3.3V ,VCCB is 5.0V. The CLK waveform is OK in the A port, but the output waveform is very bad when the frequency is over 800KHz.

Please help check what's wrong with it.

Are there any other components, such as resistors or capacitors, connected to the 5 V lines? Are there long traces or cables?

There is no any other component connected to the 5V lines. And no long traces or cables.

Hi Andy,

800KIHz is well within the supported scope of the TXB0106-Q1. What is the bandwidth of the scope currently? Can we check on the input signals (A-side and OE) to see if input transition rates are being met?
