I need to distribute a clipped sinewave tcxo output to two ICs. Is the SN74AUP1G14 a part that I can use or is a simple resistive voltage divider a better way?

The Schmitt-trigger input allows slow edges, but it still requires the peak voltages to cross the input switching thresholds. I do not know if those two ICs accept clipped sinewaves at their inputs. Using a buffer increases the drive strength.
