Hi team,

Do we have device to support data rate up to 100Mbps(50MHz)? For SPI usage.

VCCA=1.8V, VCCB=3.3V

Hi Oliver,

TXU0304 will work here supporting 100Mbps at this voltage corner condition.

From the datasheet is not showing the max datarate can be, what if VCCA=VCCB = 3.3V, What's the max datarate ?

Higher supply voltages increase the maximum speed. The specified value for up translation to 3.3 V is a safe estimate (100 MBps); the specified value for down translation to 3.3 V (125 Mbps) shows that this estimate is not too far off.

When VCCA=VCCB, you can simply use a logic buffer (LVC or AUP support these speeds).
