Another question, if I may, I know the fets on a 4007 are matched, that's wy I use them, but will 2 4007 be matched together?

No; there is no guarantee that the dies of two random chips were nearby on the same wafer, or even come from the same wafer. In practice, the characteristics will be similar in most cases, but if you want to ensure that, you're on your own.
I guess you're building some analog application (current mirror?), and you're using this digital logic device only because of its price?
