SN74AUP1G07: Vout = Vcc+2.3V is that application have risk?

Tool/software:

Hi There,

Vendors reference design find Input signal level is 1V from CPU. SN74AUP1G07 Vcc use 1V. And output pull high 10K to 3.3V.

The design is over spec.(Vcc+0.5V) Is there have  any risk? Thanks!
