Hi Team,

Could you help to support below several questions? I am FAE supporting auto customer.

  1. II was marked as +/-5uA. Does this quiescent current only covering input pin or all pins(D,CLK,PRE,CLR)?
  2. When powering this Dff by 3.3V, PRE,CLK was pulled up by 10k to 3.3V. D=CLK=0V,Q= high. Load=200nA. These set up were applied to both channel. Could you help to calculate all current consumption?
  3. Dff was powered by 3.3V, Could D,CLK,PRE,CLR voltage higher than 3.3V?
  4. Could Q and \Q be floating?
