My customer will use SN74HCS11QPWRQ1 and needs failure rate based on SN29500 to get ISO26262 certification. I looked at the product web page, but couldn't find one. I searched for conversion method between IEC TR 62380 and SN29500 since the FIT rate shown in the product web pages seem to be based on it. but couldn't find one except the following E2E thread. Is it possible to provide me the same one for SN74HCS11QPWRQ1 as well? Or is it possible to provide me the number of transistors instead so that my customer can figure out the information they need by themselves?
