We are planning to use this SN74HC4060DR In our design.

Could you please provide TINA-TI or LT-SPICE simulation model.

Also please provide if you any reference Circuit design.

    Hi Babu,

    This catagory of devices do not have a tina0ti or LT-SPICE model.

    For a reference design, as long as the datasheet limits are met and a bypass capacitor is placed near the VCC pin, it should be OK. If you want something more specific, the pin for pin compatible CD74HC4017  is used in several reference designs, which you can find on its product page: https://www.ti.com/product/CD74HC4017. The implementation of this part should be almost identical with the SN74HC4060.
