I would like to have some help with the Failure Mode Distribution for the following part number SN74LVC1G123DCUR, this is usually included in the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report, but I cannot locate it in the technical documentation.

Additionally, I would also like to have some help with the Gate scale per SN 92500-2 for the same part SN74LVC1G123DCUR, this could be highlight the SN29500-5 table 5.

If the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report is not available for this part, could you recommend an alternative power solution suitable for AM2434? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide the Functional Safety FIT data for the proposed alternative solution.

Regarding the alternative part, apologizes for my wrong information, it is not relate to AM2434, but if the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report is not available for this part, we need an alternative solution that similar with SN74LVC1G123DCUR and has the functional safety report.

Similar issue to other requests. This is not an automotive device, however, we do have an automotive version of this device. Do you want the FUSA documentation for the automotive device instead?

I apologize, I was wrong and we do not have an automotive version of this device.

The only automotive monostable-multivibrator we have is a new device here: https://www.ti.com/product/TPUL2G123-Q1

However, this is a 2-ch device.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide functional safety information for a non-automotive device. If you will keep using the original device, there will not be functional safety information.
