ACT devices do not run at 3.3 V.
Here is a list of 3.3 V buffers: ti.com/logic-voltage-translation/buffers-drivers-transceivers/noninverting/products.html#116=3-State;Push-Pull&480=4;8&0min=-0.5;3&0max=3.6;18 All of them support 20 MHz.
Four-channel '125 buffers are cheaper. For eight channels, '541 buffers are '244 buffers with a better pinout.
