SN74LVC1G34: Rise and Fall time of the 1PPS signal.

Hi,

I'm suppose to give the 1PPS signal as a input to the buffer (SN74LVC1G34) after overvoltage protection through the Schottky diodes. 1PPS signal having the less than 5ns rise time i should not deteriorate the rise time the signal through out the system. I'm planning as per the attached scheme. Please suggest the scheme gonna work or not or suggest the best as our requirement.

Here the mentioned circuit is for over voltage protection. One output is going to the Zynq and other is going to input to the TDC-GPX2 for evaluating the 1PPS signal.
