TXV0108: Question for OE# PIN setting when VCCA and VCCB power up/down

Hi, the datasheet of TXV0108 displays OE# need to keep high level until VCCA and VCCB are powered up.

My questions are: Can I connect OE# directly to ground? that is to say, can I keep OE# to GND during power on/off.

Is there any consequence of ignoring OE# high level when power on/off?

The datasheet says:

To put the outputs in a high-impedance state during power up or power down, tie the /OE input pin to V_CCA through a pullup resistor and do not be enable it until V_CCA and V_CCB are fully ramped and stable.

If you do not care about the state of the outputs during power up or power down, then you can tie the /OE input pin to GND.

Unused inputs must not be left floating. Unused outputs can be left open.

Hello Li,

I agree with Clemens. It's generally good practice to pull OE high during power-up/down. This just prevents unwanted voltages from appearing at the outputs. If this is something you don't need, then tying OE directly to ground is okay.
